Hi, I’m Brittany Scott, the founder and lead educator at Little Prodigies Academy. I hold a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Development from Ursuline College (2012) and have been working with children ever since. Over the years, I’ve gained experience teaching preschool and kindergarten. I also hold a reading endorsement in K-12 education, which allows me to foster strong literacy skills from an early age.
At Little Prodigies Academy, my mission is to provide a nurturing, stimulating, and supportive environment where every child can grow, explore, and develop a lifelong love of learning. I believe in creating individualized learning experiences that meet each child’s needs, while also encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
I am passionate about partnering with families to ensure every child has the best possible start, and I look forward to welcoming your little prodigy into our learning community!
Our Infant Program offers a warm, nurturing space where babies ages 6 weeks to 17 months can explore, play, and grow. Guided by experienced caregivers, each infant enjoys individualized routines for feeding, sleeping, and care, creating a sense of safety and security.
Through sensory play, music, movement, and early language experiences, we spark curiosity and support healthy social, emotional, and cognitive development. Every day is filled with opportunities to discover, explore, and learn through play—laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
Our Toddler Program provides a safe, nurturing, and playful environment for children ages 18 months to 2 years. In this stage of exploration and growth, toddlers develop independence, social skills, and confidence through hands-on, play-based learning.
Each day, toddlers engage in sensory play, large gross motor activities, outdoor exploration, group games, and early literacy experiences designed to spark curiosity and build foundational skills. Guided by responsive caregivers, children thrive in consistent routines while learning through joyful, interactive play that supports their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Our Preschool Program provides a stimulating, nurturing, and playful environment for children ages 3 to 5 years. Designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence, our program encourages children to explore, learn, and grow through play.
Preschoolers participate in a variety of activities, including small group experiences with individualized instruction, large group activities that teach cooperation, teamwork, and relationship-building, and hands-on projects that develop early literacy, math, and kindergarten readiness skills. Guided by experienced educators, children gain independence, social-emotional skills, and a love of learning while thriving in a supportive community of peers and teachers.
